Together with our General Manager and the Operations Managers, the Administration Manager pulls the strings in the background and ensures that the numbers are correct. Our cluster team, which manages both Zurich hotels, is looking forward to you!

A 4-day week is possible with a 100% workload.

Job Description

What does your workday look like...

• You take care of accounts receivable and accounts payable management in cooperation with the central accounting at the Head Office, process dunning proposal lists, and handle everything related to the verification and coding of incoming invoices
• You check the daily closings, manage the cash registers, and prepare the monthly closing including inventory and provisions
• You are present as a financial genius, advising and supporting all employees and act as the interface between the General Manager and the Finance Department at the Head Office
• You watch over the numbers with eagle eyes and precision to detect even the smallest deviation
• You coordinate the preparation of the hotel budget and the evaluation of reports for the monthly finance meetings together with the General Manager
• You work, among others, with the systems IPM and Sun Fiesta

Qualifications

• You have several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the hotel or gastronomy sector, and speak fluent English in addition to German
• You bring accuracy, service orientation, and team spirit to optimally support colleagues in the number jungle
• You can inspire colleagues and have good self-management skills
• You are a doer – and openly admit when you have made a mistake
• You bring not only your skills but also your character
