About the job
At the center is the personal care of VIP guests as well as the coordination of all relevant services, which includes:
- Processing and implementing individual VIP guest requests in close coordination with all involved departments
- Using guest information, preferences, and feedback to specifically further develop the VIP Guest Experience
- Creating the daily VIP report as well as planning and preparing the VIP guest amenities before arrival
- On-site care of VIP guests including in-room check-in and check-out as well as solution-oriented handling of complaints with comprehensible documentation
- Organizing and accompanying special VIP events and delegations as well as working in the private butler service of the top suites
- Completed training in the hotel or gastronomy sector
- Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in 4 to 5-star hotels
- Very good IT skills and confident handling of digital guest systems
- Independent, structured, and resilient working style with a high service orientation
- Confident appearance, discretion, and pronounced host attitude
- Fluent German and very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
