Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate the deployment of employees, machines, and materials
- Monitor the quality of work execution and compliance with procedures and deadlines
- Ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.)
- Ensure that the training and instructions given to employees enable them to perform their tasks
- Manage inventory and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with current safety and environmental standards
- Manage administrative aspects (daily reports, time entry)
You bring
- Foreman diploma or equivalent training
- Proven experience of at least 7 years in a similar position in the field of civil engineering, preferably in the field of civil works
- Sense of responsibility and organization
- Assertive leadership, customer orientation, and team spirit
- Knowledge of current standards and regulations
