Job Description
Your missions
- Manage the internal organization of the secretariat: coordination of activities, processing and provision of information, management of family registrations and the association's member file;
- Perform various secretarial tasks: correspondence, notes, minute-taking, statistics, deadlines, management of the petty cash;
- Compile, verify and use files, ensure the follow-up of the filing and archiving system;
- Assist the animation team and the Committee in various administrative tasks;
- Carry out accounting according to the objectives assigned by the center managers and FASe accounting directives: receipt and entry of debtor/creditor accounts, invoice verification and follow-up, posting entries, gathering elements necessary for the preparation of the annual budget and interim projections, establishment and monitoring of the budget with the treasurer, preparation and adjustment of the next year's budget;
- Fully master closing operations, including preparation for auditors, including interim closings;
- Ensure follow-up of debtors;
- Manage cash registers and bank accounts;
- Produce and verify accounting statements and gather elements necessary for budget preparation;
- Preference given to a person who can be available on Thursdays (team day).
Qualifications
- Possession of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee AND accounting training;
- Ease in human relations with very diverse audiences, willingness and ability to collaborate with multiple multidisciplinary partners: users, animation team, management committee, volunteers, municipality, local and Geneva social network;
- Excellent writing skills, recognized competence in minute-taking;
- Good knowledge of common IT tools (Excel);
- Experience and training in accounting, ease in understanding and using accounting software (Infoniqa);
- Ability to work independently, take useful and appropriate initiatives for the smooth running of Jardin Robinson, in close connection with the team;
- Sense of responsibility, good organizational, planning, and emergency management skills;
- Interest in the center's associative mode of operation;
- Interest in participating in parties and other events;
- Good knowledge of the functioning and organization of FASe.
Additional Information
- Availability to take minutes during committee meetings in the evening (once a month)
- Salary according to the Geneva State salary scale: maximum class 11
- After interviews, you will have an accounting test to complete within the FASe General Secretariat
