Your Tasks
You take responsibility for a dignified and professional approach to our residents in your household community. With your modern understanding of care and your high social competence, you manage the most diverse everyday situations. In doing so, you bear the daily responsibility in shift work, without night watch. You enjoy supporting and mentoring trainees and employees. As a certified nursing specialist, you are also jointly responsible for the correct implementation of care processes as well as documentation (easyDOK) and performance recording (RAI).
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Very good German skills
- Open and constructive personality
