YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Creating load assumptions from multibody simulations and measurement data
- Performing structural calculations for chassis with Abaqus and FEMFAT focusing on fatigue strength according to the notch stress concept
- Preparing, accompanying, and evaluating track tests
- Creating fatigue strength proofs using damage accumulation calculation
- Advising design and production on design questions as well as structural mechanical issues
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, or a comparable technical degree program (FH, university)
- Several years of professional experience in calculation, simulation, or testing desirable
- Experience in multibody simulation or evaluation of measurement data is an advantage
- Interest in fatigue strength and structural mechanical issues
- Good German and English skills (at least level B2) spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
