For the Konradhof in Winterthur, we are looking for an Employee Technology & Security 100% starting November 1, 2025 or by arrangement.
The Konradhof with residence and apartments belongs to the Atlas Foundation. It was rebuilt and renovated in 2016 according to the plans of Graf Biscioni. The Konradhof is located in the middle of Winterthur directly at the SBB train station. It has in the building
of the residence 98 residential apartments and a care department with 21 single rooms as well as 19 apartments in the adjacent building.
Your area of responsibility
- Maintenance of the properties and surroundings
- Participation in the daily business of the Technology & Security department
- Support and execution of repairs and maintenance of all kinds
- Compliance with all applicable work guidelines and processes
- Control and troubleshooting in the building management system
- Various administrative tasks and documentation creation
- Apprentice supervision (trainer)

You bring with you
- Training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ, industrial mechanic, or similar
- Proven professional experience in a comparable function
- Solid (building) technology and IT knowledge
- Experience as a trainer is an advantage
You are resilient and work reliably and independently as a technical all-rounder. You have an efficient working style and a high quality standard regarding building technology, safety, and order. A sense of duty and a pronounced service mindset also characterize you. Thanks to your pleasant manners, you maintain good contact with the residents.
