Together with your team of nine dedicated employees, you are responsible for the processing of investment and pension products for the entire bank and bring your expertise in processes and specialist topics.
Your tasks
- Leading a team of nine employees, promoting and developing their potential, as well as managing personnel resources
- Ensuring efficient and high-quality processing of investment and pension products for the entire bank, together with your team
- Handling customer inquiries about pension and investment products by phone and digitally
- Monitoring and optimizing processes to ensure smooth and timely processing
- Driving improvements and setting new impulses
Your profile
- Completed advanced training (e.g., professional certificate, HF, Bachelor, etc.)
- Several years of banking experience with solid expertise in retail banking or processing of investment and pension products
- Enjoyment and experience in direct customer contact, especially by phone and digitally
- Flair for using various IT applications and very good Office user skills (especially Excel)
- Experience in participating in and supporting projects as well as willingness to actively contribute expertise
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage but not a must – we are happy to support you in developing your leadership skills
