Hey, we are AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG. We are the central shared service center within a family-run group of hygiene paper manufacturers in Switzerland and abroad in Europe.

As AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG, we bundle all overarching functions such as finance, HR, IT, purchasing, sales, and planning and work closely with our production sites Tela (Niederbipp) and Cartaseta (Gretzenbach).

Tela and Cartaseta stand for high-quality hygiene papers, modern technology, and sustainable production processes. While production takes place daily at the plants, we at AF Tissue Expert Switzerland AG ensure that the administrative, organizational, and strategic framework conditions are right – practical, efficient, and always in direct exchange with the plants.

You work closely with the plants, understand their needs, and actively shape how our production sites are supported today and in the future.

Tasks

• HR all-rounder role: Co-responsibility for versatile personnel administration with scope for design and proximity to the operation
• Central HR interface: Hub function between employees, managers, and HR management
• Recruiting & onboarding: Active participation in the entire application process as well as structured support of new employees
• Trust function: Responsibility for clean, discreet, and complete personnel documentation
• Time tracking & systems: Co-supervision of the time tracking system TimeAS and ensuring smooth operation
• Training & further education management: Organization, documentation, and follow-up of training and agreements
• Employee experience: Co-design of anniversaries, birthdays, and internal attentions
• HR development: Participation in HR projects, process optimizations, and preparation of HR key figures

Profile

• Education: Completed commercial basic training as a solid basis for work in human resources
• Further education: Completed training as a personnel clerk
• Professional experience: At least three years of professional experience in the HR environment, ideally in an SME in an industrial environment
• IT skills: Very good MS Office skills and ideally experience with Abacus and HR-related systems
• Language skills: Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as a clear and professional expression
• Personality: Resilient, discreet, and flexible personality with a high team orientation
• Working style: Independent, reliable, and structured working style as well as openness to new tasks and developments
