Your Tasks

Execution, planning, evaluation of care considering care standards
Planning and evaluation of therapeutic measures in cooperation with the multiprofessional team
Implementation and compliance with guidelines as well as quality and hygiene standards
Proper and professional documentation
Participation in patient, case, and ward meetings, as well as rounds and supervisions

Your Profile

Successfully completed vocational training in elderly care or health and nursing care or as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
Experience in caring for patients with addiction (m/f/d) desirable
Social and communicative skills
Appreciative and open attitude
Independent working style
