In this strategic role, you play a central part within Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P). You ensure the interface between internal services, operations, and the SC&P team, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes and supplier management. As a member of the regional support team, together with the Procurement Coordinators, you form the first point of contact for internal clients regarding all questions related to procurement processes and supplier management.
Your tasks:
- Ensure a regional presence and collaborate closely with internal teams as well as the Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P) department
- Guarantee the implementation and proper application of contracts, global agreements, and the continuous optimization of the supply chain
- Analyze purchasing indicators and implement actions to improve efficiency and optimize costs
- Actively support the implementation of the purchasing platform
- Assist internal employees in their procurement processes via the " ISS Sourcing " platform
- Manage, update, and monitor supplier and contractual data while documenting the savings achieved
- Ensure compliance with directives and contribute to the preparation and conduct of audits
- Participate in cross-functional projects at national and international levels
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for stakeholders
Your profile:
- Background in technical or commercial studies complemented by higher education (Federal Diploma, University of Applied Sciences, Universities, or equivalent)
- Experience in Supply Chain & Procurement, ideally with knowledge in compliance and contract management
- Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- Good analytical skills and affinity for numbers and processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems as well as the MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating with various stakeholders
- Excellent command of French and German (minimum C1 level) - imperative due to regular oral exchanges, especially with the Zurich headquarters
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B1 level)
