Your mission:
- to position yourself as an expert in your field within the gynecology, obstetrics, and delivery room services comprising 31 beds
- to implement care practices validated by evidence (EBN)
- to engage in research both internally and externally
- to analyze professional practices and manage the continuous improvement of care services
- to participate in the design and documentation of processes and work instructions
- to support and advise all team members in partnership with the ICUS
- to participate in clinical projects
- to fulfill the nurse role within the service by assuming all types of unit schedules
- to ensure collaboration with the medical team by being a resource person in the development of their protocols and a liaison for their implementation within the care team
- to be the care representative in the management of CIRS
- to collaborate with the ICUS in managing equipment and materials within the services
Your profile:
- you hold a diploma in nursing and midwifery
- you have at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, ideally in obstetrics
- you hold a CAS in clinical practice or are willing to undertake it
- you have knowledge of project management tools and master computer tools
- you have skills in clinical evaluation
- you master French or German with good knowledge of the other language
- you appreciate working in an interdisciplinary team
