The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. • Main responsibility for the supervision of HF/FH students in their residential area
• Process-oriented care and support of our residents
• Professional design of the care process
• Support and care in palliative situations
• Assumption of house responsibility
• Coordination with nursing assistant personnel

• Enjoyment of the nursing profession in long-term care
• Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or Health Specialist or equivalent qualification
• Very good German skills (spoken and written)
• Responsible, interdisciplinary thinking and decisive personality with a high quality mindset
