The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our offerings include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialized departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We offer you a position at our tilia Elfenau location immediately or by arrangement as
- Main responsibility for the supervision of HF/FH students in their residential area
- Process-oriented care and support of our residents
- Professional design of the care process
- Support and care in palliative situations
- Assumption of house responsibility
- Coordination with nursing assistant personnel
- Enjoyment of the nursing profession in long-term care
- Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or Health Specialist or equivalent qualification
- Very good German skills (spoken and written)
- Responsible, interdisciplinary thinking and decisive personality with a high quality mindset
- Versatile tasks in a well-coordinated and open-minded team
