Metalworker - Team Leader - for Permanent Position

• Technical and personnel management of the entire locksmith team
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of production orders regarding deadlines, quality, and costs as well as ensuring efficient production
• Supporting employees with technical questions and demanding tasks
• Responsibility for occupational safety, order, and cleanliness in the work area as well as participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
• Close cooperation with the departments of design, final assembly, mechanics, and work preparation
• Introduction, training, and further development of employees in the team

• Completed technical basic training in mechanical engineering, metal construction, or locksmithing
• Further training as a workshop manager or a comparable qualification is an advantage but not a requirement
• Several years of professional experience in metal processing and/or mechanical engineering
• Initial leadership experience or a clear motivation to take on responsibility
• Good organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness, teamwork skills, and high social competence
• Strong quality and safety awareness
