Your area of responsibility
- In this key role, you are responsible for the operational IT Service Finance Management with Serviceware and contribute significantly to the financial control and transparency of ICT services.
- Periodic tasks: You carry out quarterly and annual processing including recalculations and create rebooking files from them. You support budgeting and reporting by preparing data from IT Service Finance Management (Serviceware). For periodic tasks, you coordinate communication with the operational accounting department.
- Support & operation: As the central contact person (SPOC) for Serviceware and LUKS IT, you independently handle 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level inquiries, maintain documentation and checklists, and manage the billing logic for new ICT services.
- Further development and projects: You actively shape changes – from the introduction of new reports and SLA cost sheets to supporting interface projects (e.g., SAP–Serviceware) and BI reporting initiatives.
Your experience
- You bring solid know-how in business informatics and a strong understanding of financial processes in healthcare.
- Professional competence: Federal diploma in business informatics or comparable education. Experience with financial management tools, especially Serviceware, as well as knowledge of hospital financing and ICT service catalogs.
- Methodological competence: Confident in handling complex data, booking logics, and configuring billing mechanisms.
- Personality: Structured, independent, and analytical. You think service-oriented and act with quality awareness.
Social skills: Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and external partners. Team player and customer-oriented.
Development competence: Open to new technologies and reporting solutions, with the ambition to critically question and improve existing processes.
