Your team
The Operations division covers the processing and monitoring of all types of financial instruments and ensures the administration of investment funds. It supports other divisions and provides clients with top-quality service, relying on modern and robust infrastructures.
Join the Reconciliation department and become part of the team specialized in Cash Reconciliation, responsible for controlling and monitoring cash operations carried out by all our business lines and entities, both in Switzerland and internationally.
Your role
• Perform the daily reconciliation of non-automated cash transactions, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the reconciliations.
• Identify, analyze, and assign suspense items to the relevant units, ensuring rigorous follow-up until their complete resolution.
• Effectively handle anomalies, discrepancies, and incidents, ensuring their rapid and lasting resolution.
• Actively participate in the optimization and automation of reconciliation processes, proposing improvements and contributing to the implementation of innovative solutions.
• Write, update, and maintain documentation of procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance and traceability of operations.
• Serve as a privileged point of contact with various business lines, internal correspondents, and foreign entities, fostering smooth and effective communication.
Your profile
• Higher education (such as HEG/HES or equivalent training) ideally complemented by initial experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong interest in managing numbers and data analysis.
• Excellent command of IT tools, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and ease in handling databases.
• Excellent analytical skills, rigor, and organization, with particular attention to detail.
• Team spirit, service orientation, flexibility, and ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment.
• Perfect mastery of French (native language) and very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Residence in Switzerland is mandatory.
