The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
Do you like structure, clean processes, and step in exactly when it matters? Perfect – because our Cleaning / Laundry / Purchasing team needs temporary reinforcement. Our manager is going on maternity leave, and our deputy will take over – but needs a strong, straightforward person by their side who thinks along, helps steer, and reliably supports the team through everyday life.
Depending on development and team needs, there may be an opportunity for continued employment after this fixed-term assignment – however, we cannot guarantee this.
For the period from February 2026 to August 2026, we are looking for a reliable and committed person at the RPB Baden location as
Deputy Cleaning / Laundry / Purchasing (m/f/d)
Workload 60 – 80 %
With this, you support us:
- Support as a temporary deputy and collaboration with our current deputy, who is taking over management ad interim – together you keep the Cleaning / Laundry / Purchasing team stable and efficient
- Operational responsibility together with the ad interim management in cleaning, laundry, and material management – practical, prudent, and with a good overview
- Taking over operational tasks in cleaning, laundry, and purchasing and responsibility for smooth processes
- Supporting the team in everyday tasks, coordinating deployments, and ensuring quality and hygiene standards
- Clear, straightforward communication – internally, with interfaces, and with our suppliers
