Senior Consultant CIO Advisory 80-100% (m/f/d)

This is what your job will be like

• You advise and support our customers at the CxO level on topics such as IT strategy, Enterprise Architecture Management, governance, operating models, and business-IT alignment.
• As a former CIO or IT manager, you take on interim mandates in leadership roles or support these roles as a sparring partner.
• You independently carry out consulting mandates and support lead generation and proposal creation together with the sales team.
• You build long-term, trusting customer relationships and maintain them sustainably.
• You identify new business potentials through innovative technologies and concepts and actively contribute to the further development of our consulting team and its services.

What you should bring

• Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences) in information technology, business informatics, or business administration.
• Several years of proven professional experience as a CIO or IT manager (at least 4 years).
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of independence.
• Very good communication skills, team spirit, and service orientation – even in challenging situations.
• Flawless German in spoken and written form as well as good English skills; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland, depending on the mandates.
