Manufacturing Engineer (a) 100%

Your area of responsibility

• Responsible for the production of necessary samples and prototypes, as well as work on Swiss-type lathes
• Leads optimization projects with responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality
• Responsible for the conception, development, optimization, and realization of manufacturing processes including documentation and introduction into production
• Responsible for creating NC programs (ISO / TB-Deco programming)
• Support in training employees in programming
• Responsible for technology scouting of new technologies
• Responsible for process validations
• Contact person for employees and the core team for technical questions
• Participation in product-specific quality assurance measures, especially in product testing
• Assistance in processing error reports

Your qualifications

• Technical vocational training (precision mechanic or toolmaker / polymechanic) with professional certificate
• Several years of experience in medical technology in the field of manufacturing technology / engineering, knowledge of Kaizen and Lean philosophy
• Experience with Swiss-type lathes
• Good understanding of automation and modern manufacturing methods
• ISO programming skills and CAD software knowledge
• Office applications
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, at least B2/C1
• Proactive, analytical personality with high customer orientation
