Manufacturing Engineer (a) 100%
Your area of responsibility
- Responsible for the production of necessary samples and prototypes, as well as work on Swiss-type lathes
- Leads optimization projects with responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality
- Responsible for the conception, development, optimization, and realization of manufacturing processes including documentation and introduction into production
- Responsible for creating NC programs (ISO / TB-Deco programming)
- Support in training employees in programming
- Responsible for technology scouting of new technologies
- Responsible for process validations
- Contact person for employees and the core team for technical questions
- Participation in product-specific quality assurance measures, especially in product testing
- Assistance in processing error reports
Your qualifications
- Technical vocational training (precision mechanic or toolmaker / polymechanic) with professional certificate
- Several years of experience in medical technology in the field of manufacturing technology / engineering, knowledge of Kaizen and Lean philosophy
- Experience with Swiss-type lathes
- Good understanding of automation and modern manufacturing methods
- ISO programming skills and CAD software knowledge
- Office applications
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, at least B2/C1
- Proactive, analytical personality with high customer orientation
