The Manuel school is a managed neighborhood school (school district Kirchenfeld-Schosshalde) of the city of Bern. Starting summer 2025, the school will have 46 classes from kindergarten to 9th grade with over 900 children and young people and 130 staff members. The Manuel school location includes the Manuel school building, the Wittigkofen school complex, the Elfenau neighborhood school building, the Burgernziel full-day base level as well as day care in the Manuel and Wittigkofen school buildings.

Tasks
You teach a 3rd grade class at the Manuel school building with 21 lessons (TTG, Mathematics, French, NMG, German, Sports, BG, Music).
As a class teacher, you are jointly responsible with the teacher who teaches 6 lessons in the class for class management, parent work, and communication internally and externally. The location meetings have already been conducted by the class teacher. The substitution may possibly be extended.
Requirements
You have a primary teaching diploma or have experience in Cycle 2. Then you are right with us!
You are an interested, communicative, and resilient teacher and enjoy working with heterogeneous classes. You can get excited about exciting teaching methods and accompany the students.
