About the job
Your Tasks
You work at the reception of the Secretariat Therapies and support the administrative tasks and scheduling of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy at Zofingen Hospital. In doing so, you plan the daily business of over 30 therapists.
- Reception management and providing information and details to external as well as internal stakeholders (clients, patients, relatives, doctors, employees)
- Professional and independent handling of administrative tasks for newly admitted patients, including appointment scheduling
- Receiving and/or processing requests & forwarding them appropriately to third parties if necessary
- Operating the telephone switchboard
- Processing mail & emails
- Performing administrative tasks related to insurance issues and cost approvals
- General secretarial duties and support with housekeeping tasks
Your Profile
You are an organizational talent and have completed a commercial apprenticeship, training in healthcare, or further education in the secretarial/assistant field. You are an initiative-taking, team-capable, and professionally competent person with a quick grasp and customer-oriented approach, accustomed to linking the needs of patients with those of employees in a service company. We require solid IT skills (MS Office mandatory, Polypoint PEP, KISIM, and SAP advantageous). Ideally, you bring experience in therapy or consultation scheduling. You are flexible and can be more present during vacation and sick leave periods. Your main working days are preferably Monday and Tuesday.
