About the job
You support the back office by independently taking on organizational and administrative tasks and assisting management in the dynamic daily routine.
The energy transition and the associated challenges are close to your heart. You are enthusiastic about organizational and administrative processes as well as providing supportive internal services.
Your area of responsibility includes, among other things:
- General assistance and secretarial work
- Operating the telephone switchboard / receiving and attending to customers and visitors
- Support in accounting
- Support in marketing
- Support for project managers in research and administrative tasks.
You are part of a young and dynamic team with great potential for development. You are not afraid of new challenges and see them as an opportunity to learn. You are responsible, reliable, and motivated, have pleasant manners, a positive demeanor, and are used to working independently. Good computer user skills (Office, email, etc.) as well as an affinity for new media (media literacy, content management) are an advantage. Your precise way of working and your quick comprehension allow you to remain calm even in hectic situations.
The minimum duration of the internship is set to 12 months. The position is especially suitable for people who need an internship for their studies, want to reorient professionally, or want to gain first insights into the professional world after completing their training.
