We are looking for a SOUSCHEF - 100% at Bernexpo area. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with various tasks.
Tasks
- Support the head chef and act in their absence.
- Work in different areas of à la carte, banquet, and trade fair business.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
Skills
- Completed vocational training as a cook with several years of experience.
- Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus.
- Organized and stress-resistant, maintaining composure in busy times.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a SOUSCHEF - 100% at the Bernexpo site
Your tasks
- Support the head chef and deputize in his absence
- Work at various stations in à la Carte, banquet, and trade fair business
- Responsibility for production
- Support in staff management
- Ensure order and cleanliness as well as general cleaning tasks
Your profile
- Completed professional training as a cook EFZ
- Several years of experience
- Good knowledge of German and English, additional languages are an advantage
- Expertise in all stations
- Stress resistance: organized, independent, and able to keep an overview even in hectic times
