Our team "Compliance Money Laundering Specialist" is responsible for compliance with due diligence obligations regarding the fight against risks in the area of money laundering and terrorist financing, compliance with regulations in the area of FATCA/AIA/QI, compliance with sanctions, and questions regarding cross-border business relationships.

• You ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory FATCA/QI/QI requirements
• You monitor the AIA/FATCA documentation for natural and legal persons and process AIA/FATCA indicators
• You prepare the annual AIA/FATCA reporting
• You work on projects to implement adjustments or new tax regulations
• You conduct 2nd-line IKS controls and train front staff, and you participate in editing instructions, manuals, workflows, and guidelines, documenting processes and workflows

• You have proven professional experience in the compliance field in a financial services company, solid know-how with a focus on AIA/FATCA/QI, and knowledge of the relevant regulations
• You have a university or technical college degree or equivalent banking-related training and education
• You are a committed personality who likes to take initiatives, thinks entrepreneurially, and shapes change. You are willing to take responsibility and may already have some experience in the digitization of compliance topics and data analysis
• You are proficient in German and preferably also in French, both spoken and written
