The Fairmont La Marina Rabat Salé is recruiting a Spa Therapist to join its team:
Your role:
Reporting to the Spa & Wellness Director, the essential responsibilities and functions of the position include:
- Informing the client about the operation, organization of the premises, the course of the treatment and its benefits,
- Ensuring the overall care of the client during their stay,
- Maintaining the appointment book and being able to anticipate schedule changes due to delays or cancellations,
- Advising and selling products marketed within the Fairmont la Marina Spa,
- Being responsible for the organization of their cabin.
- Organizing the cabins according to scheduled appointments.
- Providing aesthetic treatments while respecting care standards and protocols, schedules, and treatment times.
- Managing and monitoring the stock of materials and products necessary for their activity.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of devices and installations, and reporting malfunctions to the director or technical service.
- Respecting cleanliness procedures related to their profession,
- Reporting to their hierarchy any complaints or malfunctions from clients.
- Participating in team meetings.
- Respecting rules regarding hygiene, safety, and environment.
