The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. We are looking for the Morges Hospital a:

ICUS in interventional cardiology (M/F) at 80-100%

YOU HAVE

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nurse diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Proven experience in acute care, ideally in interventional cardiology or a high-intensity medical-technical environment.
• Clinical expertise in the coronary angiography room (or comparable technical field) with, ideally, postgraduate training in interventional cardiology.
• Experience in team management and/or project management, or the motivation to evolve into managerial responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, a proactive attitude, and the ability to unite a team around common goals.
• Excellent organizational skills (anticipation, planning, coordination) and rigorous priority management.
• High emotional mastery and the ability to make discerning decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Sufficient agility to evolve in a very dynamic sector and in a workspace with multiple interactions.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the overall coordination and smooth operation of the interventional cardiology department, guaranteeing quality, safety, and continuity of care.
• Supervise and support the specialized nursing team, promoting proximity management based on trust, skills development, and team cohesion.
• Plan and optimize the human and material resources of the department, taking into account clinical activity (coronary angiographies, angioplasties, structural procedures, hemodynamic emergencies) and institutional priorities.
• Work closely with interventional cardiologists and interdisciplinary partners to ensure smooth, safe, and patient-centered care.
• Oversee the organization of care specific to interventional cardiology: patient preparation, per-procedure assistance, post-intervention monitoring, and complication management.
• Actively participate in risk management, monitoring quality indicators, and developing continuous improvement processes.
• Lead and support service development projects in line with technological advances and professional recommendations.
