Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for the Morges Hospital a:
ICUS in interventional cardiology (M/F) at 80-100%

YOU HAVE
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nurse diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Proven experience in acute care, ideally in interventional cardiology or a high-intensity medical-technical environment.
- Clinical expertise in the coronary angiography room (or comparable technical field) with, ideally, postgraduate training in interventional cardiology.
- Experience in team management and/or project management, or the motivation to evolve into managerial responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, a proactive attitude, and the ability to unite a team around common goals.
- Excellent organizational skills (anticipation, planning, coordination) and rigorous priority management.
- High emotional mastery and the ability to make discerning decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Sufficient agility to evolve in a very dynamic sector and in a workspace with multiple interactions.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the overall coordination and smooth operation of the interventional cardiology department, guaranteeing quality, safety, and continuity of care.
- Supervise and support the specialized nursing team, promoting proximity management based on trust, skills development, and team cohesion.
- Plan and optimize the human and material resources of the department, taking into account clinical activity (coronary angiographies, angioplasties, structural procedures, hemodynamic emergencies) and institutional priorities.
- Work closely with interventional cardiologists and interdisciplinary partners to ensure smooth, safe, and patient-centered care.
- Oversee the organization of care specific to interventional cardiology: patient preparation, per-procedure assistance, post-intervention monitoring, and complication management.
- Actively participate in risk management, monitoring quality indicators, and developing continuous improvement processes.
- Lead and support service development projects in line with technological advances and professional recommendations.
