In the health service of the JVA Grosshof, you provide meaningful care in an interdisciplinary environment. You work professionally with people in challenging life situations and bring calm, respect, and commitment to your daily work.
Your tasks
- You ensure professional and holistic care as well as medical supervision of the admitted persons.
- You plan, implement, and evaluate nursing measures.
- You prepare and follow up on medical and therapeutic interventions.
- You maintain nursing reports and nursing records.
- You organize and monitor substitution treatments according to guidelines.
- You are responsible for medication management including weekly medication.
- You work interdisciplinarily with internal and external partners.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training and experience as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Several years of professional experience in psychiatry or home care
- Willingness to work irregular hours (including weekend shifts, without night shifts)
- Foreign language skills (conversational)
- Good MS Office user skills and digital affinity
