Your tasks
- Conducting administrative patient admission (case creation, cost assurance, advising, informing patients (m/f/d) about treatment and optional service contracts as well as their conclusion)
- Conducting plausibility checks
- Processing inquiries/data transmission §301
- Data deliveries using MS Excel
- Professional and proactive communication with all internal and external interfaces in an interdisciplinary team
- Preparation and execution of outpatient BG, KV and GOÄ billing
Your profile
- Completed commercial or medical training or comparable qualification
- Ideally also knowledge in hospital service billing and confident handling and knowledge of SAP ISH
- Experience in healthcare, ideally in patient management or admission
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and service orientation
- Confidence in handling scheduling processes, IT and BDS/KIS knowledge advantageous
- Teamwork, initiative and resilient working style
