For our cutting workshop in Lyss, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a person for the position of
Your tasks:
- You support the head of the cutting workshop in Lyss in his daily tasks.
- You are responsible for supervising the proper execution of all work.
- In this varied role, you lead a team of about 60 employees in tandem.
- You monitor the planning of goods as well as the product flow and manage the daily work processes based on the production plan.
- You control the quality and production of raw materials and independently carry out safety checks within your area of responsibility.
- You are also responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cutting workshop in coordination with the building's technical service and act as the contact person for it.
Your profile:
- You have completed professional training as a meat specialist / butcher-charcutier.
- You have already gained initial experience in personnel management in food production.
- You work independently and in a structured manner and present a confident and neat appearance.
- You lead by example and motivate employees to face daily challenges together. If necessary, you actively participate in production work.
- Good computer skills (MS Office and CSB) are an advantage.
- You have very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
