The privately run senior center in the heart of the city of Winterthur offers around 150 residents a living and living space where they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs. The Senior Center Wiesengrund is a recognized and popular facility in the healthcare sector.

Health Specialists EFZ for our night shift, 50% - 60%

What you can achieve with us:

• Co-responsibility for the correct implementation of care processes
• You carry out the planned care and support of the residents based on their individual needs and our care guidelines
• You report observations, report objectively, and are responsible for clear and complete documentation
• You support activating, reactivating, and maintaining therapeutic care and support tasks

What you bring:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Expertise with experience in geriatrics and palliative care
• RAI-NH/PC knowledge available
• Willingness to participate in the implementation of quality standards
• Experience in the care and support of people with a tracheostomy/ventilation
• Confident communication skills in the German language
• Competent and professional appearance
• High social competence and commitment to constructive, interprofessional collaboration
• Strong customer orientation and service readiness
• Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
• Independent, committed working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Quick comprehension, flexibility, and resilience
