Your tasks are
In this versatile position, you support our finance team with various accounting activities:
- Assistance with monthly closings
- Booking of bank transactions
- Handling the internal accounts payable workflow
- Maintenance of accounts payable master data
- Execution of payment runs
- Importing and checking of revenues
- Creating and posting of free-text invoices (not automated)
- Booking of laboratory cash registers
