Your tasks
- You create an unforgettable shopping experience and actively develop customer relationships
- You enthusiastically act as a Brand Ambassador and position our exclusive products using your expert knowledge and storytelling skills
- You promote an inspiring, innovative, and modern shopping environment
- You actively advise and support your team colleagues
- You are responsible for impeccably presenting sales areas, shop windows, display cases, and their decoration
- You are responsible for achieving the defined sales targets
- You take on administrative tasks related to sales as well as maintaining the internal CRM system
Your skills
- Training in retail, ideally with a focus on the watch and jewelry industry, or hospitality training
- Experience in the luxury retail segment, enthusiasm for watches and jewelry
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as good French skills
- IT affinity and knowledge in handling relevant technologies
- Open and customer-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
- Confidence in style, professional appearance, and courteous manners
- You are a team player and possess strong intercultural skills
