Profile
Your main tasks
Welcoming and supporting patients with professionalism and empathy.
Managing appointments and optimizing medical schedules.
Administrative follow-up: electronic medical records, correspondence, prescriptions, and certificates.
Billing management and transmission to insurance companies.
Administrative assistance to doctors and coordination between different specialists.
Patient follow-up: appointment reminders, communication of results, and coordination of examinations.
Management of medical and administrative supplies stock.
Contribution to compliance with internal protocols, quality, and safety of care.
Your profile
Training and/or proven experience in medical secretarial work.
Proficiency in office tools and medical management software (patient records, billing).
Good knowledge of medical vocabulary and Swiss health and insurance legislation.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to handle stressful situations.
Team spirit, organizational rigor, and autonomy.
Experience as a billing specialist is an asset.
