Your responsibilities:
- Production of salads, sauces, desserts, fruit juices, and freshly prepared sandwiches
- Setting up and portioning hot dishes
- Providing aperitif snacks as well as the pastry and breakfast offerings
- Assembly, management, and dismantling of the salad buffet and hot dishes
- Cleaning and dishwashing tasks
Who you are:
A motivated, quality-conscious, and conscientious personality. You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in classic gastronomy or system gastronomy; a recognized professional training in cooking is not mandatory. Your passion is cooking, and you enjoy tackling daily challenges with your team. You always have a smile on your face and speak French fluently (minimum level B1, to read and implement recipes). Ideally, you live in or near Lausanne. For our schedule, we need employees who can join the team on weekends and evenings.
