For our location in St. Gallen or at Zurich Airport, we are looking for a committed personality as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant immediately or by arrangement.
- Advising our internal and external customers on technical matters in the area of service management
- Gathering customer requirements and developing solution designs as well as specifications
- Architecture, implementation, customizing, and maintenance of ServiceNow components for our internal and external customers (platform, ServiceNow modules, and portals)
- Optimizing, digitizing, and automating our processes
- Conducting and supporting module tests or component tests, UATs, and customer acceptances
- Driving standardization or automation and promoting technical knowledge exchange
- IT education (e.g., a federal certificate/diploma, HF, FH, or a comparable qualification)
- Experience in requirements engineering or business analysis
- Professional experience in configuring, developing, and operating ServiceNow
- Experience with CMDB data modeling is an advantage
- Independent and proactive personality who likes to take responsibility and acts in a goal-oriented manner
- Team player, used to contributing in an innovative, dynamic work environment
- Networked thinking and the ability to analyze and optimize complex relationships
- Fluent German skills facilitate your interaction with our customers
