Your Field of Activity
- Support the head of the ASGS department in various projects and topics to sustainably further develop ASGS
- Your primary task is to support the business units in fulfilling their responsibilities and to jointly promote and strengthen the safety culture
- You conduct accident investigations and site inspections
- You provide general ASGS introductions for new employees and support the training and further education of employees
- Hazard assessments as well as assisting in the implementation of the resulting measures complete the range of tasks
- You are an essential part of the ASGS specialist organization in the Arnold Group and contribute your expertise to continuous and positive development.
Your Strengths
- You have a basic electrical engineering education as well as further training as a safety specialist or specialist in occupational safety and health protection successfully completed
- Topics such as fall protection, working in/on traffic, and underground work are not unfamiliar to you
- You are characterized by independent work, resilience, and assertiveness
- You are willing to travel within Switzerland and neighboring countries
- You speak German fluently; knowledge of French is an advantage
- Occupational safety is not just rule-based for you but a matter of the heart
