cereneo offers highly specialized rehabilitation programs for people with neurological diseases and injuries, including stroke, brain injuries, neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, and many other neurological disorders.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervision and Organization: Ensuring effective, economical, and nursing care that meets current quality standards with a focus on neurorehabilitation
- Quality Assurance: Co-development and controlling of nursing quality as well as organization and leadership of case discussions
- Team Development: Coaching your employees and co-responsibility for the internal training offer to ensure high care quality for patients and relatives
- Team Leadership: Leading a dedicated team of around 20 employees, consisting of qualified nursing professionals, health care assistants (FaGe), and nursing assistants
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Promoting process-oriented and constructive collaboration within the interprofessional team and supporting the implementation of the nursing mission statement
What You Should Bring
We are looking for an open-minded, communicative, and resilient personality with the following qualifications:
- Completed training as a certified nurse (HF, FH, DNII, AKP) or nurse
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent further education is an advantage
- At least 2 years of professional experience and leadership experience, experience in acute and/or IMC area is an advantage
- Positive attitude towards working with people with neurological diseases and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
- High intercultural competence, empathy, trustworthiness, and patient orientation
- Good German and English skills, any additional language is an advantage
