• Leading and further developing the "Safety & Security Operations" team
• Ensuring 24/7 operational readiness as well as contributing to the further development of the central alarm receiving center (SOC) and its connected security systems
• Implementing and further developing the requirements of access control and visitor management in close cooperation with zone managers and reception staff at the sites
• Supporting plant management in planning and coordinating their local security & emergency organizations
• Operating the central ID office to control access and zone transitions
• Organizing and supervising temporary security arrangements at events and occasions
• Supporting and scheduling external specialists for special security tasks
• Maintaining decentralized security and emergency organizations
• Reporting security-relevant KPIs (incident statistics)
• Completed further training in the field of security (e.g., security specialist, security officer), ideally with further training in leadership or security management
• Several years of experience in a comparable function
• Sound knowledge in security management, alarm and operational organizations
• Several years of experience in supplier management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Resilience, decisiveness, and high commitment
• Willingness for on-call duty, night and shift work during events or major incidents

German or French at native level with good knowledge of the other language; good English skills are an advantage
