To strengthen our team, we are looking for a hands-on and responsible personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your main tasks:
- Telephone and written customer support
- Independent processing of customer orders from entry to delivery
- Maintenance and updating of master data in the ERP system
- Support in the creation and preparation of evaluations
- Management of office supplies
Your profile:
- Completed commercial basic training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in internal sales, ideally also in export
- Strong customer orientation as well as communicative and team-oriented personality
- Structured, reliable and conscientious way of working
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as experience with CRM systems
- Very good German skills as well as good foreign language skills in French
