Your possibilities
- Concept & Prototyping: Transition ideas to prototypes. You’ll assist in biomechanical testing and usability to prove design viability.
- Design Assurance & Regulatory Compliance: Learn the regulatory essentials of the medical device industry. You’ll ensure our products meet global regulatory standards and comply with all applicable laws and guidelines.
- Personalized & Digital Health: Explore how digital solutions are revolutionizing reconstruction by personalized patient solutions.
- Business & Commercial: Master the end-to-end lifecycle of orthopaedic solutions by translating complex clinical needs into market-leading implants and instrumentation in collaboration with leading surgeons. Learn to drive cross-functional alignment from concept to launch, and develop commercial strategies that enhance patient outcomes while maintaining a competitive edge in the global musculoskeletal market.
- Surgeon Collaboration & Clinical Feedback: Join R&D leads in "wet labs" and cadaveric workshops. You’ll gather direct feedback from orthopedic surgeons to refine ergonomics and instrument feel. As part of the clinical team you will be part of PMCF activities to ensure and document the clinical performance of the products.
Your qualifications
- Master’s degree in mechanical, biomedical, or industrial engineering completed within the past 18 months
- 1-3 years of general work experience
- Clear and confident communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- Strong analytical abilities and high comfort working with data, especially in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
