Starting immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a
Social Pedagogue 50%
Your area of responsibility
- Promoting and supporting people with a psychological, cognitive and/or mild physical impairment in living and residing independently
- You are a contact person and support them in structuring their daily life, guide them in apartment maintenance, and offer support in dealing with their own health and/or illness
- You help with building/expanding social contacts and with relationship issues
- Jointly organizing, guiding and partially practically supporting everyday activities
- Discussing questions about administrative matters, budget and leisure planning as well as personal topics
- Further developing the service in the SEBE landscape as well as participating in cross-service project, specialist and working groups
Your profile
- Completed training in social work (Social Pedagogue HF, School for Social Support or comparable training)
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- You love being very active and independent
- Driver’s license category B
- Flexible organizational talent
- Very good knowledge of German
