Social Pedagogue 50%

Your area of responsibility

• Promoting and supporting people with a psychological, cognitive and/or mild physical impairment in living and residing independently
• You are a contact person and support them in structuring their daily life, guide them in apartment maintenance, and offer support in dealing with their own health and/or illness
• You help with building/expanding social contacts and with relationship issues
• Jointly organizing, guiding and partially practically supporting everyday activities
• Discussing questions about administrative matters, budget and leisure planning as well as personal topics
• Further developing the service in the SEBE landscape as well as participating in cross-service project, specialist and working groups

Your profile

• Completed training in social work (Social Pedagogue HF, School for Social Support or comparable training)
• Experience working with people with disabilities
• You love being very active and independent
• Driver’s license category B
• Flexible organizational talent
• Very good knowledge of German
