Team Leader à la carte Kitchen 100% (m/f/d)
For our à la carte kitchen at Pilatus Kulm, we are looking for an engaged team leader to start immediately or by arrangement, who leads our kitchen team with experience, organizational talent, and passion for gastronomy. You ensure smooth operations, support the team, and guarantee the quality of our dishes. If you want to take responsibility and enjoy delighting our guests culinarily in a breathtaking mountain setting, we look forward to your application.
What you can achieve
- Preparation of à la carte dishes as well as daily menus
- Creation of the entire mise en place
- Supervision of two to four employees
- Co-design of the seasonal menu offerings and daily menus
- Orders and inventory control for your own area
- Assistance with banquets and special events
- Operational deputy for the head chef / sous chef during their absence
- Co-responsible for hygiene according to HACCP
- Late shift twice a week (including overnight stay on the mountain)
What distinguishes you
- Completed training as a cook EFZ
- Experience in à la carte kitchen as sous chef or chef de partie is an advantage
- Very good German skills
- Creativity in co-designing the menu offerings
- Interest in professional and personal development
- Teamwork skills, organizational talent, resilience, flexibility
