For our Volg branch in Mettmenstetten, we are looking for a motivated and responsible person immediately or by arrangement, who has ambitions to be trained as a store manager.
Essentially, you are responsible for the following tasks
- Always "fresh and friendly" advice and support for our customers
- You support the store management in various work processes
- Ensuring concept-compliant and appealing product presentation
- Ensuring and organizing a regulated daily routine in the sales outlet
- Various administrative tasks
The ideal profile includes
- Training in retail (EFZ), food sector
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Enjoyment of active customer contact
- Interest in developing leadership skills, we are happy to train you.
- High self and social competence
