Your tasks
- You take on diverse administrative and professional tasks within the framework of the new breast cancer screening program in the Canton of Lucerne.
- As the central contact person, you are responsible for inquiries from the population and professionals via hotline and email.
- You organize and are responsible for sending invitations for the program.
- Another task is managing, maintaining, and updating the program data in the program software.
- You ensure the operational deputy of the clerk for the colorectal cancer screening program.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial or paramedical training (paramedic, nursing professional, MPA, etc.); professional experience in public administration or healthcare is an advantage.
- Your open and communicative personality is paired with a reliable, structured, and precise way of working.
- A pronounced quality awareness as well as a high service orientation characterize you.
- You communicate confidently in German, present yourself friendly and professionally, and represent the program with confidence.
- In addition, you have a high IT affinity and are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with new software solutions.
