The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized, professional care and support.
Our integrated general practice with up to four specialists is the medical heart for the medical care of our residents.

Practice Manager (m/f/d)
Workload 80 – 100 %
This is how you support us:
- You coordinate and manage the processes of our in-house medical practice – from appointment scheduling to resource management
- You are the first point of contact for the four specialists and ensure that processes run smoothly
- You are responsible for billing (TARMED/TARDOC/KVG) as well as controlling and quality management
- You take on classic MPA tasks such as blood sampling, laboratory work, preparation of rounds, and material management
- You actively shape the collaboration between doctors, nursing staff, relatives, and external partners
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or an equivalent qualification in healthcare
- Ideally, you have further training in practice or health management or are willing to complete such training
- You bring experience in organizing and administering a practice or comparable medical facility
- You are confident in using TARMED/TARDOC/KVG billing systems and digital tools
- You have leadership skills and enjoy managing processes and people
- You possess organizational talent, decisiveness, and assertiveness – combined with sensitivity
- You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and shaping modern, efficient processes
