To strengthen our multipurpose plant operations at Arxada, Visp, Switzerland, we are looking for an Operator in chemical production.
Your tasks:
Perform work safely and independently in compliance with safety regulations (SiVo)
Monitor production, control and analyze process parameters, identify and resolve disruptions, and safely start up and shut down production equipment according to specifications
Responsible for independently executing and documenting workflows and rounds in the production plant according to the specification documents
Working with the computer (Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP as well as process control systems) completes your range of activities
Your profile:
High commitment to strengthening the safety culture
You have completed training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification and are motivated to work shifts (including night shifts and weekends; 4-shift model)
Experience as an operator in chemical production or service companies and in handling process control systems is advantageous. Career changers from other fields are welcome
You are interested and willing to learn new technologies and continuously further your education
Very good German language skills are mandatory
