Clerk: Administration with Specialist Responsibility
Your Challenge
- Professional and organizational support of 8 employees
- Ensuring a professional and service-oriented reception of patients and visitors
- Optimal assurance of the administrative patient process (telephone service, case opening, data quality control)
- Innovative further development of services in coordination with the Head of Patient Administration and Information
- Ensuring cost approval management with various insurance companies
- First contact person and central interface function, close cooperation for all internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- Commercial or equivalent training in healthcare
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Proven leadership experience
- Proven knowledge in healthcare and insurance
- Experience with Opale and/or RAPDIS and CGM and PEP
- High social competence and service orientation
- Willingness to work shifts (between 06:30 – 20:00 and also on weekends)
- Knowledge in process analysis and implementation
