• You take overall responsibility for the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Hohenrain in terms of personnel, finance, and organization.
• Together with the department heads, you form the management team and chair it.
• You hold overall responsibility for the development and implementation of strategic and operational goals. In doing so, you always keep the political framework and operational service mandate in view.
• You ensure the quality of the offerings in the areas of education, care, therapy, and central services.
• You work closely with the Department of Primary Education, specialist offices, and partner institutions and represent the institution internally and externally.

• You have a completed degree in business, social sciences, or education.
• You bring proven many years of leadership experience in a senior position and have completed further training in management and leadership.
• You identify with the concerns and challenges of a social institution. You approach children and adolescents as well as your employees openly, empathetically, and with clarity.
• Experience in special education or in agogic topics related to people with disabilities is an advantage and rounds off your profile.
• You convince through entrepreneurial thinking, your high social competence, and a clear, appreciative leadership style.
