Our West sales team inspires francophone new customers for our insurance products and implements targeted sales strategies with high quality. Are you a convincing leader with sales talent, have a sense for customer needs, and want to lead a committed team to success?

• You lead a six-member sales team and develop it personally, organizationally, and professionally.
• Together with your employees, you achieve sales targets and successfully implement the agreed strategies.
• You care about maintaining high service and quality standards.
• You plan, optimize, and implement sales strategies to specifically tap into the highly competitive market.
• With commitment, you win and support new collective customers and build long-term partnerships.

• a completed commercial basic education with further training as a sales manager, sales coordinator, or business economist
• proven success as a sales professional
• several years of professional experience, preferably in (health) insurance
• passion for leading and promoting employees
• excellent command of French and German
