As Head of International Sales, you are the architect of our global sales strategy and lead a motivated, international team to success. In a highly innovative medical technology environment, you develop markets, expand strategic partnerships, and position our solutions at the top worldwide.
What You Can Achieve
- Developing and implementing international sales strategies – from market analysis to successful execution
- Achieving revenue, margin, and growth targets in existing and new markets
- Leading, inspiring, and further developing the international sales team
- Building and expanding long-term customer and partner relationships on a global level
- Negotiating with international key accounts and distributors – and closing deals
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Working closely with product management, marketing, R&D, and production to bring new products to market
- Representing Oertli Instrumente AG at international trade fairs, industry meetings, and specialist events
- Optimizing sales processes to continuously increase efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction
What Sets You Apart
- Several years of leadership experience in international B2B and B2C sales
- Proven success in strategic market expansion and ambitious sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills in an international environment
- Experience with various cultures and sales channels worldwide
- Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30-40%)
